PAN Regen, LLC is a medical device distributor. The products we distribute offer solutions for treating difficult to heal chronic wounds, traumatic wounds, surgical wounds, thermal injuries and much more. We are looking to hire a Surgical Account Manager in South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina. The Surgical Account Manager role promotes and sells company products within a defined geographic territory by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products within current accounts.

Position:

Surgical Account Manager

Territory:

All of South Carolina up to Charlotte, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

The Surgical Account Manager will be responsible for various product lines within PAN Regen’s portfolio, and will be solely responsible for sales of these products within a defined territory. The products distributed include antimicrobial regenerative wound matrix and amniotic tissue.

Primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service. The Surgical Account Manager responsibilities will also include the following:

· Call on multiple surgical specialties (including, plastics, orthopedic, podiatry, general, OBGYN, and urology) with majority of time spent in the OR

· Promote products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers (both surgeon and hospital) to meet or exceed revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

· Develop and implement sales strategies by determining needs (e.g., clinical, economic, etc.) of existing and potential accounts to effectively sell the company's products in the OR.

· Target events and opportunities to engage multiple surgeons within a specialty with various corporate resources available.

· Demonstrate a customer first mentality in approach to customer and patient satisfaction by delivering a consistently high level of customer service.

· Respond to customer needs regarding products and services by delivering creative solutions in a timely and compliant manner.

· Build and maintain meaningful relationships with decision makers throughout all sites of care to create long term customers.

· Educate customers on the safe and effective use of company products by delivering presentations and demonstrations using a variety of formats and platforms.

· Provide accurate and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities, product inventory, and territory sales forecasts.

· Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive activities while demonstrating a keen knowledge of the local market.

· Collaborate with direct reporting manager to determine the necessary resources needed to achieve sales objectives for all clients.

· Tradeshow support and helping to drive attendance with surgeons from respective territory.

Education/Experience:

· B.A or B.S (or equivalent) required;

· At least 1 year in medical device or pharmaceutical outside sales;

· Previous OR sales experience;

  • Strong negotiation and selling skills;
  • Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital setting;
  • Track record of developing sales plans and executing;
  • Highly competitive with a strong track record of success;
  • Ability to react and adjust quickly to change and come up with practical ideas for problem-solving;
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills;
  • Confident, self-assured, self-sufficient, and comfortable with independent action;
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Work Environment:

· Position is field based with travel 80-90% of time within assigned territory.

· When at customer site, must follow appropriate dress code and adhere to credentialing and registration requirements, which typically include vaccination requirements.

· Must be physically capable of standing for long hours in the Operating Room during cases.

· Sales representative is expected to manage own hours on a daily basis to achieve duties as set forth above. Must be able to be on call as cases arise in territory. Some nights and weekends may be required as cases arise.

Compensation:

Uncapped commission with possible salary.
